eXel Satellite, Inc. announces its partnership with Disitron Group for the deployment of a Flyaway System to cover the "Elections and Reconstrution" in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. The acquisition enhances the operations of eXel Satellite Services division, creating the first transportable fleet in the nation. eXel will now operate a fully automated Ku-band system and will expand to a C-band unit early next year. Our goal is to provide the highest level of customer service, coupled with the most technically sound antenna in Haiti.
Exel Satellite will be providing facilities to broadcasters covering the continuing disaster.
