Booking & Enquiries
Host Broadcaster's services or services not booked in advance may be ordered during the event at the Booking and Enquiries Office. The associated charges must be settled at the time of booking.
A 50% cancellation charge may be levied for confirmed bookings which are unutilized or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
Format
Satellite uplink in the PAL standard will be permitted by prior arrangement. However PAL clients must furnish their own play-out equipment.
Time
Times will be stated in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
All signals provided by the Host Broadcaster will be in 525 NTSC and standards conversion of the distributed signals must, where required, be provided by the client. For this purpose clients must provide their own standards conversion equipment. |
